As you are required to submit the top 3 CCA/CIP remarks by 3 Jul (Tue), please ensure your CIP record is kept up-to date. Your teachers will verify the remarks according to what is on the CIP certificate and any other supporting document you have submitted to them.
It is
YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you have claimed your missing CIP hours.
Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions below to find out how to do so. The deadline for CIP hours submission by students is 3 JUL (TUE).
All teachers have been instructed to submit all CIP activities (including on-going activities) completed up to 30 Jun 2007 by 6 JUL (FRI).

How to claim external CIP activity (not organized by the college)?Ask the organization you have rendered your service to write a letter with the following details:
- Name of the activity
- Your name and NRIC no.
- Description of your involvement level (e.g. your role in this activity, what have you done etc.)
- No. of service hours completed (for on-going activities, submit no. of hours completed up to Jun).
How to submit “Missing CIP Hours” form and external CIP activity (not organized by the college)? Submit your “Missing CIP Hours” form or a copy of the supporting document for external CIP activity to the “CIP” box on top of the pigeon holes in the staff room.
How to claim CIP hours for school-organised activity that is not found in the CIP Activity Reference List? If any school-organised activity that has been completed more than 2 months ago and are not in the CIP activity reference list, please gently remind the teacher in-charge to submit the CIP activity via email and copy to JJCIP.enquiries@gmailcom.
