Hey guys, sorry for the lack of information for the Class Chalet, so here they are now.

When : 6th to 8th Jan 2008

Ok, basically, the costs would be about $15 per person, inclusive of the barbecue. I will be booking the Chalet by friday this week, and I do not have enough money to do the booking, so I need everyone's cooperation in following the procedures and pass me the amount needed to book the place for the upcoming event.

Method 1 (The easy way)

Step 1: Get to an ATM, and transfer $15 to the following posb savings account.

Do note that it's a savings account and not a current account.

Step 2: Sms me the ref. number on the printed receipt with your name and to my number. If you do not know, my number's 81287413. I have iBanking, so don't worry, as long as I've a computer near me, I can check and reply ASAP.

Method 2 (The meetup way)

Step 1: Sms me to arrange a meetup point where you can pass me the amount by Wednesday. I'm relatively free these weekdays.

Do note that I'm not free from saturday onwards till next Sunday, 8th to 15th dec, so please do not be late in passing the amount of money to me since it'll hinder the booking process till 26th dec, that's when my family will return from China holidays.

FAQs:

The only people who can't make it would be those who are:

1) Already in NS (Applies to guys only)
2) Working (First day's a Sunday, so bring your working clothes if need be, cause I'll be working too)
3) Those who had migrated or not in Singapore

If you're not sure if you're going to have anything on during the stipulated timing, I can assure you that you have nothing on. So please do not delay payment by saying that you don't know if you can make it on the timing.

Q: Can change the date of the chalet?
A: Only if majority of the class can't make it. As it had been decided after physics paper 1, the class have agreed upon the dates mentioned above.

Q: I really don't have money/I can't pass you the money soon, how?
A: Sms me and I'll see what I can do.

Q: I thought the amount is $10/pax? Why $15?
A: This is to ease my booking fee initially, don't worry, accounts will be taken seriously and any surpluses will not be eaten, but returned to everyone equally.

Q: How many people going? If very little then I don't wanna come le...
A: Just come if you can come, asking such questions does not help cause I can't predict the outcome...

Q: What activities are we going to have?
A: Ranges depending on weather conditions and creative ideas.
