UPDATES:

Please note that bank transfers and meetup collections are reopened from now till 2nd Jan. For details on both payment methods, please refer to the previous posted details. As for those who might not be able to make it for the entire trip, I do hope you guys can (in the class spirit and Christmas) pay the sum in full prior to any decisions. Partly because the details are confirmed by everyone prior to booking, so expecting full turnout.

Right now, the fund stands at $132, I'm still short of $30 odd to return my mum for the booking, so please pay money in order to keep us in her good faith. She had helped us for loads of stuff, everyone knows, so let's return her this amount. Thanks in advance to those who will see and take action after reading this appeal.

As for the rest of the sum of the money, it will be channeled to funding the BBQs and other chalet related activities. Bikes will be rented through this fund if possible (in order to reduce the costs of the classmates renting bikes for all to ride).

Invitations for the BBQ will not be my responsibility but the class's as a whole. I believe it'll be hard to invite any teachers down since the days are inconvenient, but out of goodwill, do invite people to come down to join us.

Itinerary will not be planned for other than the BBQ, which is definitely going to be on the Sunday night (first night). For those who are working, do take time off to chill at this point of time. For your information, I'll be working too, and will be staying throughout the chalet and heading off for work in the morning from there.

Do spread the word for payment. It's becoming a hassle to run this chalet without the cooperation of the entire class. I'm the one running around to collect the money, and ultimately spend more in the process of planning. Please do not make it more difficult for me now than ever, with the new year coming and my new job starting soon. To those who are working, continue the hard work and I'll join ya soon=) To those looking for one, good luck!! And to those who aren't going to work, have fun!!
