ALRIGHT I have to admit I'm so so so excited about the upcoming event (sorry I wasn't really clear whether it's a 1-night event or a 2days-1night chalet thingy.) BUT ANYWAY do try to make it alright~! though I'm having some serious doubts whether you guys will pang sei. NO don't pang sei!!!!! COME COME COME!

OKAY.. so how's NS life? and busy ladies who are busy working - TAKE A BREAK, SIT BACK and RELAX. okay I'm taking my break now so I have lotsa time to spare! for the past 1 week I've been sleeping at like... 4 am cos' I went strolling at Labrador Park with a bunch of friends, making a din, disturbing the undead. seriously there's this one night when even animals got so upset with us.. a lizard jumped onto my hair and danced with my fingers when I tried to find out what's the unidentified object flickering around in my hair. SHIT! it's seriously horrifying. WHOO~!

so.. what course/university are you all entering? anyway what happened to the tag board?! gone like the wind? or isit my com ): okay as usual my computer has gone a little crazy.. yes just a little. I'm going off. catch up with you guys real soon! see ya! TATA

The time has come for us to do our bit for Mother Earth and JJ's
needy students!

Every year, on the day of release of GCE 'A' Level Examinations
Results, students from the previous cohort would return, carrying
with them a 'heart-load' of anticipation.

This year, we would like our 06-07 batch of students to return with
more than just a sense of eagerness. We would like them to also
bring along any JJ uniforms and/or textbooks that
they no longer need (but that are still in good working
condition).

On the day of results release, large boxes will be set up on the stage, in the
canteen, for the deposition of these uniforms and textbooks.

Please note that bank transfers and meetup collections are reopened from now till 2nd Jan. For details on both payment methods, please refer to the previous posted details. As for those who might not be able to make it for the entire trip, I do hope you guys can (in the class spirit and Christmas) pay the sum in full prior to any decisions. Partly because the details are confirmed by everyone prior to booking, so expecting full turnout.

Right now, the fund stands at $132, I'm still short of $30 odd to return my mum for the booking, so please pay money in order to keep us in her good faith. She had helped us for loads of stuff, everyone knows, so let's return her this amount. Thanks in advance to those who will see and take action after reading this appeal.

As for the rest of the sum of the money, it will be channeled to funding the BBQs and other chalet related activities. Bikes will be rented through this fund if possible (in order to reduce the costs of the classmates renting bikes for all to ride).

Invitations for the BBQ will not be my responsibility but the class's as a whole. I believe it'll be hard to invite any teachers down since the days are inconvenient, but out of goodwill, do invite people to come down to join us.

Itinerary will not be planned for other than the BBQ, which is definitely going to be on the Sunday night (first night). For those who are working, do take time off to chill at this point of time. For your information, I'll be working too, and will be staying throughout the chalet and heading off for work in the morning from there.

Do spread the word for payment. It's becoming a hassle to run this chalet without the cooperation of the entire class. I'm the one running around to collect the money, and ultimately spend more in the process of planning. Please do not make it more difficult for me now than ever, with the new year coming and my new job starting soon. To those who are working, continue the hard work and I'll join ya soon=) To those looking for one, good luck!! And to those who aren't going to work, have fun!!

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of information for the Class Chalet, so here they are now.

When : 6th to 8th Jan 2008

Ok, basically, the costs would be about $15 per person, inclusive of the barbecue. I will be booking the Chalet by friday this week, and I do not have enough money to do the booking, so I need everyone's cooperation in following the procedures and pass me the amount needed to book the place for the upcoming event.

Method 1 (The easy way)

Step 1: Get to an ATM, and transfer $15 to the following posb savings account.

Method 2 (The meetup way)

Step 1: Sms me to arrange a meetup point where you can pass me the amount by Wednesday. I'm relatively free these weekdays.

Do note that I'm not free from saturday onwards till next Sunday, 8th to 15th dec, so please do not be late in passing the amount of money to me since it'll hinder the booking process till 26th dec, that's when my family will return from China holidays.

The only people who can't make it would be those who are:

1) Already in NS (Applies to guys only)
2) Working (First day's a Sunday, so bring your working clothes if need be, cause I'll be working too)
3) Those who had migrated or not in Singapore

If you're not sure if you're going to have anything on during the stipulated timing, I can assure you that you have nothing on. So please do not delay payment by saying that you don't know if you can make it on the timing.

Q: Can change the date of the chalet?
A: Only if majority of the class can't make it. As it had been decided after physics paper 1, the class have agreed upon the dates mentioned above.

Q: I really don't have money/I can't pass you the money soon, how?
A: Sms me and I'll see what I can do.

Q: I thought the amount is $10/pax? Why $15?
A: This is to ease my booking fee initially, don't worry, accounts will be taken seriously and any surpluses will not be eaten, but returned to everyone equally.

Q: How many people going? If very little then I don't wanna come le...
A: Just come if you can come, asking such questions does not help cause I can't predict the outcome...

Q: What activities are we going to have?
A: Ranges depending on weather conditions and creative ideas.
